WikiAsWebSite

The basic idea behind WikiAsWebSite is to give me flexibility and allow me to be as lazy as possible. I've found that if I have to update HTML, it just doesn't happen. I don't like the fancy editors, and I don't like to edit the raw HTML, which leaves me with nothing. I really don't have plans to have a fancy graphical appealing web site. I tried to make a pretty web site once, it was horrid looking. All I really want to do is present information in a reasonable manner.

A wiki lets me easily make changes when I want to, and even let the people I call my friends deface my web site whenever they feel like it. It's quite possible this will never work out, which mean I'd go back to my lame content free web page, but who knows. This could turn out to be one of my many experiments in futility.

Furthermore, anything I decide to share with the world, is pretty much just going to be a random collection of nonsense. Since that's pretty much the definition of a Wiki (at least it's what they turn into after a period of time), this is the perfect medium.

So far, I've found that humanity is not a very good web designer. That's probably partially due to the fact that it's only people I know who want to deface the wiki.
